Kids Care Academy staff are highly trained professionals who strive to create meaningful learning experiences for each child. Staff have presented at both the state and national levels (OAEYC and NAEYC, respectively) and are professional coaches and mentors within the Columbus CCB:3 community (mixed age classrooms).

Specifically, KCA teachers arrange regular workshops with other CCB:3 centers assisting with their growth in creating appropriate mixed-age environments. They teach and support other teachers in developing quality improvement benchmarks. In addition, KCA teachers have begun developing training materials for mixed age environments.
